Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Accepted Reasons:

1. Wrong Size/Fit:​ If the item doesn't fit, you may exchange it for a different size or return it.

2. Change of Mind:​ If you are unsatisfied with the color or style (subject to conditions below).

3. Quality Issues:​ Manufacturing defects such as broken zippers, holes, loose stitching, severe fading, or stains.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume/deodorant stains, pilling, or snags.

2. Items with cut, removed, or damaged tags/labels.

3. Final Sale items: Clearance, lingerie, swimwear, socks, or items explicitly marked "No Return."

4. Requests made outside the specified return window.

5. Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting (actual product photos prevail).

1. Linen-Cotton Blend

• Composition:​ 55% Linen, 45% Long-Staple Cotton

• Properties:​ Combines the breathability of linen with the softness of cotton. Features a natural slub texture with a premium matte look. Highly absorbent and quick-drying.

• Style:​ Relaxed, Bohemian, Minimalist.

• Care:​ Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid direct sunlight.

2. Combed Cotton

• Composition:​ 100% Combed Cotton

• Properties:​ Processed to remove short fibers and impurities. The surface is smoother, stronger, and less prone to pilling or shrinking compared to regular cotton.

• Style:​ Clean, Classic, Essential.

• Care:​ Machine washable. Turn inside out to protect prints. Tumble dry low. Warm iron if needed.

3. Lyocell (Tencel™)

• Composition:​ 100% Lyocell Fiber

• Properties:​ Derived from sustainable wood sources. Offers a cool, silky touch with excellent moisture-wicking properties. Known for its beautiful drape and subtle sheen.

• Style:​ Elegant, Fluid, Professional.

• Care:​ Gentle hand wash recommended. Do not wring. Hang to dry.

4. Wool Blend

• Composition:​ 70% Wool, 30% Polyester

• Properties:​ Retains the thermal regulation of wool while adding durability and wrinkle resistance from polyester. Easier to care for than pure wool.

• Style:​ Structured, Vintage, Outerwear.

• Care:​ Dry clean only. Store in a ventilated area. Use a garment steamer to remove wrinkles.
