Where do you ship from?​ We ship directly from our studio in China. Every order is packed with care, no fancy logistics—just honest delivery. How long does shipping take?​ Domestic orders: 3–7 business days International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on your location and customs) Do you offer tracking?​ Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I return or exchange my order?​ Yes. You have 7 days​ after delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Who pays for return shipping?​ If it’s our mistake (wrong item, defect), we cover it. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you—we keep it fair.

Your clothes fit big/small?​ We design with a slightly relaxed fit in mind. Check each product page for detailed measurements—it’s more accurate than “M/L/XL.” What if the size doesn’t fit?​ You can exchange it for another size within 7 days, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.

What payment methods do you accept?​ We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other local options shown at checkout. Can I change or cancel my order?​ You can contact us within 12 hours​ after placing the order. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible. Do you offer gift wrapping?​ Not officially. But if you leave a note at checkout, we’ll make it feel special.
